Yes! We handle the entire number porting process for you. Your existing phone numbers will be transferred to the VoIP system with minimal downtime (usually just a few hours). You can also get new numbers if needed.

Each concurrent call requires approximately 100kbps of bandwidth. For example, a 10-user office would need at least 1Mbps upload/download for smooth call quality. We recommend business broadband for best results.

You can configure automatic failover to mobile phones or alternative numbers. The mobile and desktop apps work over 4G/5G, so your team can still make and receive calls even without office internet.

We offer flexible rolling monthly to 12-month or 24-month contracts. After your initial term, plans continue on a rolling monthly basis. There's a setup fee, but this covers number porting, configuration, and training.

If your existing phones are SIP-compatible VoIP phones, we may be able to configure them. However, we recommend our tested hardware for best quality and support. You can also use our apps without buying any phones.
