Most installations are completed within 2 weeks of ordering. For FTTP installations, an engineer visit is required which typically takes 2-4 hours. SoGEA installations can sometimes be activated remotely.

Yes, all packages are on an 18-month contract. This allows us to offer free installation and competitive monthly pricing. Early termination fees apply if you cancel before the end of your contract.

Our broadband services don't include a traditional phone line. If you need phone services, we can provide VoIP (Voice over IP) solutions. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

We provide guaranteed minimum speeds when you order. If your connection consistently falls below this, we'll investigate and resolve the issue. In rare cases where speeds can't be improved, you may be eligible to exit your contract.
