Enhanced Safety Procedures: We have clarified our staff safety procedures for on-site visits, including our check-in system and emergency alert function. This is to ensure the safety of our team while they work in the community.
Customer Safeguarding: We have formalised our duty of care. If our staff have a genuine concern for a customer's well-being during a visit or call, we have a clear procedure to report it, ensuring we look after the vulnerable in our community.
Clearer Data Policy: Our Privacy Policy now provides more detail on exactly what data we collect, why we need it, and our retention policy, including our commitment to securely deleting support ticket data after three years.
Updated Warranty Information: We have clarified our one-year warranty on repairs and explained our policy for older, more fragile devices where a full warranty may not be possible.
Specific Service Terms: We have added new, clear terms for our diverse services, including Website Development, Drone Videos, and our third-party Broadband and Phone services.
