🔧 Remote Support Now Available
To provide faster service and reduce waiting times, we now offer remote support as our first response option. Our engineers can assist you through video call sessions or secure remote desktop access at a fixed rate of £48.99—often cheaper and quicker than onsite visits, with same-day resolution for many issues.
⭐ New Customer Reporting System
We've launched a fully automated reporting system that gives every customer access to their complete service history. You can now view your Customer Report and Account Statement anytime through your customer portal:

Reports will be automatically emailed to all customers on December 1st each year.
💷 Pricing Updates - Effective January 1st, 2026
From January 1st, 2026, our minimum call-out charge will be £55 for all customers. This was already in effect for customers who joined in 2025, and we remain committed to fair pricing while maintaining high-quality service.
⚡ Priority Support Subscription - £10/month
We're introducing a new Priority Support subscription option for customers who want guaranteed faster service during busy periods. For £10/month, you'll receive guaranteed call-out within 2 working days.
Important: Our service quality remains the same for everyone. During quieter periods, we'll continue to assist all customers as quickly as possible regardless of subscription status. This subscription simply guarantees a 2-working-day call-out during our busiest times.
Please note: If parts are required, appointments will be delayed while we source them. Parts must be paid for before ordering.
