We wanted to provide an update regarding the ongoing kitchen installation at our premises and the temporary impact this may have on our services.
Unfortunately, the installation of our new kitchen has been delayed due to scheduling issues with Wren Kitchens. We had initially anticipated that the work would be completed by the end of last week. However, we are pleased to share that a private installer has now stepped in and commenced work earlier this week.
During these installation works, which are taking place during normal working hours, there may be some unavoidable disruptions such as barking (from nearby animals) or occasional loud noises like bangs. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work through this period.
Due to the ongoing works, EB IT Support LTD is currently operating with limited capacity for onsite callouts. Our priority during this time will be on providing remote assistance to our valued clients. Please note the following:
Onsite callouts: These may need to be rescheduled at short notice. We deeply regret any inconvenience this might cause and assure you we are making every effort to minimise disruptions.
Remote assistance: Our team remains fully available to assist you remotely with your IT needs, ensuring we continue to deliver a high level of service.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these temporary challenges. Once the kitchen installation is complete, we look forward to resuming our full range of services without interruption.
