We’re pleased to be taking a stall to Evergreens Miniature Railway on Saturday, 26 September 2026.

It’s a brilliant opportunity to enjoy a day out with the trains, meet local people and have a chat with us about all things technology. You can ask questions, find out more about our services or simply come over and say hello.

We love being part of local events because community is at the heart of what we do. We’re not a distant call centre. We’re your nearby technology team, supporting customers in Boston, Spalding, Skegness, Lincoln, Sleaford, Horncastle, Grantham, Stamford and surrounding villages.

New Saturday opening trial from October

We’ve got some exciting news for home users who find it difficult to visit us during the week.

From October 2026, we’re beginning a brand-new three-month Saturday opening trial.

Saturday opening hours

10:00am–1:00pm

During these Saturday mornings, you can visit our Boston office for:

• Office drop-ins – Bring along your technology questions or device for advice.
• Remote support – Arrange help for suitable issues that can be resolved securely online.

Please note the following important details:

• We’ll be closed on the last Saturday of each month.
• Saturday support is for office drop-ins and remote support only.
• We will not provide Saturday home visits or engineer callouts.
• Repairs, replacement parts and other chargeable work will be explained clearly before anything goes ahead.

Our usual weekday opening hours remain Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. If you’re planning to drop in, it’s always sensible to call ahead on 01205 627240, especially if you need help with a particular device.

Enjoy music, IT tips and local updates with EB IT Radio 📻

Alongside our technology services, we also run our own free online radio station: EB IT Radio.

It plays 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a friendly mix of music, IT tips and local updates for Boston and Lincolnshire. You can listen at home, at work or on your phone. There’s no sign-up, no app and no complicated setup, just visit the website and press play.

EB IT Radio is run as a not-for-profit station. Every penny goes back into keeping the station running and supporting local community events.

Live shows are announced through our WhatsApp channel, so follow along if you’d like to know when a presenter is on air.

Eddie hosts “Eddie’s Tech Tips” every Sunday from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, combining useful technology advice with great music. It’s designed to be helpful and accessible, whether you’re confident with technology or still learning.

We’re also currently offering free advertising slots to local businesses and community groups. If you have an event, service or community project you’d like to share, contact the radio team.
