When the file appears at the bottom of your screen, click it once to open it.
After running the installer and agreeing to the 2 message boxes a dark blue screen will appear. This will be asking for your 6-digit Support PIN. This PIN is unique to your support request and can be found in the emails we have sent you (usually the "New Ticket" email).
Once you enter your Support PIN, the program will create a new 6-digit Access Code that changes every time you use the software.
Please read this Access Code out loud to your technician on the phone. This two-step PIN system makes sure we can only access your computer with your permission.
