EB IT Support Ltd would like to inform all customers that our offices are now closed for the Christmas and New Year period.

We will re-open on Monday 5th January 2026 at 9:00am, at which point normal support services will resume.

Support During the Christmas Break

During our closure, response times will be limited. All non-urgent enquiries received during this period will be logged and responded to in the order they were received once we return.

For genuine emergencies, an emergency voicemail service is available by calling 01205 627240. Emergency requests will be responded to within 5 working hours and are subject to a £50 emergency fee, plus the normal cost of the visit.

Important Holiday Exceptions

Please note that on Christmas Day (25th December) and New Year’s Day (1st January), we will not be operating the emergency voicemail service. While voicemail messages can still be left on these days, any emergency requests will be reviewed and responded to on the next following day.
