EB IT Support LTD Turns 3 on 6th April 2026
EB IT Support LTD is proud to celebrate its 3rd anniversary on 7th April 2026—an exciting milestone that reflects three years of dedication, growth, and commitment to delivering reliable IT support.
Since launching in 2023, the business has gone from strength to strength. What started as a small operation has steadily developed into a trusted IT support provider for both businesses and individuals. Over the past three years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, helping them overcome technical challenges, improve their systems, and stay secure in an ever-evolving digital world.
A key focus from day one has been providing a personal, responsive service. Whether it’s resolving urgent issues, offering proactive advice, or supporting long-term projects, the goal has always been the same—make IT simple, reliable, and stress-free for every customer. Building strong relationships and earning customer trust has been at the heart of everything we do.
Reaching this 3-year milestone is not just about business growth, but also about the continued support from customers who have trusted EB IT Support LTD along the way. Every support request, referral, and recommendation has played a part in shaping the business into what it is today, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful.
To celebrate the occasion, I’ll be taking a short period of annual leave around this date. During this time, remote support services—including phone and live chat—will still be available to ensure customers can continue to receive assistance when needed. However, due to reduced staffing, onsite and in-office support will be limited. Please also note that all lines will be closed on Monday, 6th April as part of the celebration.
Looking ahead, the focus remains on continuing to grow, improving services, and supporting customers with the same level of care and reliability they’ve come to expect. There are exciting plans for the future, and this milestone is just one step in a much bigger journey.
