Ordering, Shipping & Returns
- Shipping: We use Royal Mail Special Delivery. This carries an additional cost of between £9.99 and £60.00 (fixed rates we are unable to change).
- Invoicing & Reservations: Shipping costs will be included in your invoice after you submit your order form. Parts are reserved in the order received as soon as your invoice is sent.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time until we have advised you that the part has been shipped.
- Returns: You may return your order via Royal Mail for a full refund. We must be notified within 30 days of receipt, and the part must be returned within a further 14 days of that notification.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued only once the part has been received by us. Returns outside of these timeframes are subject to management review.
