Launching September 2026
Community Support

Senior Citizen Drop-In IT Clinic

Free, friendly technology help for older residents — no appointment, no jargon, no pressure

What Is the Drop-In Clinic?

Bringing Help to Where You Live

From September 2026, EB IT Support is visiting care homes and sheltered housing schemes across Boston and Lincolnshire with a free drop-in technology clinic, held in a communal area of the home. No appointment is needed — residents, family members and staff can simply pop along with a phone, tablet, laptop or any other device that's causing trouble.

Advice or a simple fix

  • Friendly, jargon-free advice
  • Quick settings and software fixes
  • Help connecting to WiFi or video calling family
  • Scam call/email advice
  • No charge, no obligation
If It Needs More

Some jobs need a part, or take longer than half an hour. When that happens, we will always explain the cost clearly before doing any chargeable work — nothing is ever charged as a surprise.

  • Replacement parts: charged at cost, agreed with you first
  • Longer jobs (30+ minutes): a fair rate applies, always explained upfront
  • You decide: we'll never start paid work without your say-so
Can't Make a Community Visit? We've Still Got You Covered

The community clinic is brand new for September 2026, but it isn't the only way to get help from us.

Daily Office Drop-In

We now run a drop-in clinic every day at our permanent Boston office — Boston Enterprise Centre, Venture Way, PE21 7TW. No appointment needed.

Home Callouts

Prefer help at your own front door? We still offer one-to-one home visits across Lincolnshire.

Remote Support

Some problems can be fixed over the phone or with a remote screen-share session, with a family member or carer on hand if needed.
